Presented here is a rare photograph of a building at the Cajalco Tin Mine in Temescal Valley, California. The year is unknown.

Rare photograph of Cajalco Tin Mine ruins close-up in Temescal Valley, California.

The photograph is a faded black and white image. Text hand-written in black ink along the bottom reads: "RUINS OF TIN MINE TEMESCAL CAL." This is written directly on the photograph, not on the negative. There is a black smudge near center-right. This appears to be a defect in the negative and not an ink stain from the writer.  The total dimensions of photograph is 4 1/4" wide x 2 1/2" high.
